FANCY'S PERCEPTIONS:
“It's you and me, Partner!”

Anything stick out in your mind about the first day you got your horse? Please tell us about that! We would love to read about it!
I was grooming Fancy before saddling her & noticed how tall she has grown over this past winter. It seems as if she grew over night!
Fancy is a lot calmer with Trigger than she was with Scotty. She nickers to me and comes to the gate when she sees me coming outside, just the same as she does when she lives alone. The first few days that Scotty was with us, Fancy acted like she was very upset about everything, (more like angry) and at times she was stand-offish.
However, poor Trigger can get this look on his face like no one loves him. He does this when I go out to Fancy and no one is talking to him or petting him. But it doesn't take long for Cowboy C to get out there and make Trigger happy.
Today I set up my play things and Cowboy & I had some fun. We went around the barrels, through the 'L', around tires, across the planks, walked on the boards, etc. At first Cowboy was saying he didn't like Fancy anymore because she is mean to Trigger. Then Cowboy is telling me he wants to trade horses with me because Fancy is trained more than Trigger. I told him that Trigger has more experience being ridden and Fancy has more experience playing around my horsey toys and in time Trigger will understand the games. Once they got going, they both began to have fun.

Horsey Kisses and a Good Night hug from Cowboy C & Trigger and Frances & Fancy ♥
