Hi Tex, here's a vote for ya. Okay, so I got through working Paige out in the indoor, even with the ceiling fans and the two big 36inch floor fans, it was 90 in there, but at least the air was moving. I opted out of working Indy, it's 94 outside and heat index of 104. He really hates the heat and I'm not about to kill him or myself. So once again, everyone got a cold hoseing and just put up an extra fan on each stall front for them. Keep that air moving! I hear the thunder starting to roll in, they said about 1 pm for that storm to hit, guess it's almost on time! It was ten minutes early moving in and in another 15 minutes we had hail the size of quarters and half dollars. The ground was covered like an ice storm hit! 2 hours of lightning and thunder none stop. Heavy rains, high winds, not fun at all! Glad it's over and the sky is clear now. Marion and the blondies. |
