HI, left a vote. Finally got out and rode Logan today, he did great! I had him in the cross ties today, just like I always do when I groom him and tack him up. I was just getting ready to undo the one cross tie, I had my lead rope already attached to his halter, and he just spooked at ? He went forward then backward, reared up 3 times, he then lost his footing, and went down on the ground hard! I am like "easy Logan, easy", I just kept saying that, he finally heard me. He got up, I patted him on the neck, speaking softly to him, checked his legs out, they were fine, let the other cross tie go, he walked out of the barn a little on edge, once we were out of the barn, he was fine. I have no idea what set that all in motion, but, it freaked me out a little. Anyway, had a great ride. Brought him back up to the barn, as soon as we walked in, he was very leary, I walked him past the cross ties, and he was fine. I took his tack off in his stall. He has never done that before. I wasn't going to push it today, I was by myself. Will have to see how it goes tomorrow.
