Answers To Your Questions
Left You Another Vote For Both Horses!!! :)
Q. How do you calculate hands? (Hands-Feet and Feet-Hands)

A. A "Hand" is a unit of measure equal to 4 inches, used to measure the height of a horse at the highest point of the withers. The number of whole hands is properly followed by a period, then the remaining height in inches. Thus a horse who measures 5 feet and two inches at the withers would be designated "15.2 hands".
(ex. 15 HH = 60inches; 5Ft)

Q. Does it matter what breed of horse or pony I get?(Can any horse do any discipline?)

A. In my opinion...Some breeds or bloodlines are better or look better at/doing one discipline than another but most horses can be trained for any discipline...
