I'm glad horses can sense danger when you can't. I went riding and hadn't gone far when Jesse stopped and laid her ears back. She spun around so fast I almost fell off. Then she started bucking, luckliy it wasn't hard enough to throw me off. (Jesse is so smart she can tell when I'm falling off and she'll ease up.) I don't kbnow what spooked her but she sure got us away from there quick. She ran to my uncle's house and we stayed there until she calmed down. She cheered up when my dad drove by on his way home. She couldn't wait to get home then. lol I wish I knew what had spooked her. Oh well, I guess I just have to trust that she had a good reason and kept us both safe. My best guess is a bobcat or a coyote.
