i emailed HC asking what the hold up is with the videos. they apparently didn't know they weren't being posted. here is the response i received: "Hi, Susan. Thanks for letting me know about this. We’ve been having some trouble with the video hosting service that we use. Our IT department is working with the hosting company to get it resolved ASAP.
