I am planning on sarting to ride Sierra once she is 2 but if she still isn't full grown by then I will wait for longer. Some people say that you can ride them at age 2 and some say to wait until they are 3 so I might wait until she is 2 and a half or something. She is the first young horse I have ever trained so I'm not sure how the first ride is going to go. Have you ever trained a young horse?
