Hi Marion and Blondies, votes for all
Well, finally, a bit of restful time off, we are having some friends over today, noonish, it won't be a late thing, just cheese crackers, fruit & dip tray and of course a sweet tray. Then I have 2 days off for just me and the guys. Thanks for asking about Charlie. After Dr. cook did the adjustment and Charlie did not seem any better, we went with a course of bute, after one dose he showed improvement, so after 2 1/2 days he was back to his regular self. Dr. cook says, let's ride the wave, watch him, if any symptoms return, we will deal with it. He felt possibly TMJ, because the response was so quick to the bute. More anti inflamitory than pain. So, he had me google search a couple of things, TMJ, and temporalhyoid osteoarthrotopthy(sp) I told him I'd take TMJ but not the other one. Treatment for TMJ involves very diligent teeth floating, we do it faithfully every spring, probably go with every 6 mos. and sometimes chiropractic helps, he also could have got a hoof to the jaw, Sterl can still give it when he bugs her, or it could have just been the "off bite" remember he is very dramatic, my big baby, Happy new year, talk soon, Love Donna Lee
