Hi Zuni, here's a vote for ya. Is the stallion the gray horse in the pictures below? Yeah, I don't like working in mud either, don't trust them from slipping and stretching a tendon or ligament!
Each day I feel a little bit better, very little, but it's an improvement. I managed to get them into the indoor for some free time to run and play. My mare Paige is just to cute, she's like okay I'm done running, can I hang with you. She's getting like Indy, won't leave my side. So with her I would walk, she would walk, I thought to myself, a little shankless showmanship work, at the walk, I couldn't jog if I wanted to right now. She did awesome, but she's a showmanship queen! We walked, stopped, backed, did some 360 pivots and set ups, all without a shank or lead rope, I was really impressed with her.
