I hope you get helpful news from the Doc!!!!! I am told that they can do nothing for broke/fractured/cracked ribs now. They use to wrap but not anylonger. The pressure is not good so I'm told. But when cliff cracked his ribs they did give him pain meds and that helped some but I couldn't keep him down and rested so it took much longer for him to heal.....
