Had an accident We had an accident Tuesday. The farms border collie nipped him in the leg when he was already fired up from her barking and the mule trying to get in the corral...I ended up on a 45 mph rocket for 3 rounds of the corral before falling face first into the icy mud. It was far from his fault. He spooked and reacted. I held on for as long as I could. He was in flight mode and didn't hear me. Luckily I walked away with a couple scraped and bruises, and a shook up horse that I needed to calm! Lots of pats, treats and hugs to show him I was alright and it wasn't his fault.
