Voted- Oh it is bad when the temp doesn't get to what they say and they were way off. Sounds like you will be "slip sliding away"! You do need to keep your self in check so there is no over doing it. Had a great day today, I was able to take my gelding Lakota, and Zuni's half sister Tonka to the round pen to run and jump and kick. We also touched base on them walking, trotting, and cantering when I asked as they worked in the round pen off line. These 2 are my pushy ones so backing up out of my space is always needed to be worked on. Since I took these 2 to the round pen my grey mare Shaliko could not see us so I heard her hollar for a bit. To my surprise when I took these 2 to there pens I found Shaliko had been worked herself into a sweat and rolled in the mud and I had no words!!!!!!! So Shaliko got the attention now with a bath and a stand at the "post of knowledge" as Clinton Anderson calls it, so she could dry out. She was still a little excited so I gave her some time to work out in the round pen also letting off her steam. So a great day I was able to work my 3 other horses. Possible rain coming the next few days so we see how muddy it gets. Let's see what the new week brings us both. Good evening
