Hi Zuni, here's a vote for ya. That is great that you are going to make some more pastures, and really nice large ones at that. I hope the gelding is okay and he maybe just stepped wrong and will work out of it. I actually saw Paige at our Palomino show in Aug of 2011 and asked if she was for sale. I liked her a lot! In Nov, they called with a price and I almost fell over. Then when I started looking for something that I could go World Show with, I found her in a video on the internet, of course the price then had another 10K on it. But when I rode her and my trainer rode her, we made a day trip, 10 hours round trip to try her. I wound up purchasing her, she passed the vet check and I took her home 4 days later! I think the entire US and Can are in a deep freeze. Only 13F when I got up and a chill factor of 4F. Didn't go much above that all day long. Thanks goodness Paige is in the heated barn and indoor arena. Only they are not keeping as warm as last year. It was about 52 to 55 last year and the oil bills were out of this world. so this year they are going with 42 to 45 in there. But that is still warm and nice to work in. Paige was very good in her workout today. Indy's toasty in his two heavy blankets and neck warmer. Love ya, Marion and the blondies.
