Hi Oswaldo, yes, thanks, I have heard that glucosmine could help. I actually have 2 torn tendons in my shoulder, they will not heal alone, we hope to be able to strengthen the surrounding muscules, the cortisone is to help with inflammation and pain. Wish me luck. Love Donna Lee, left a vote.
