Hi Lara-we voted
Dressage is so graceful, I just know you two will hit it!
I think my gelding prefers western because of the loose reins. When I ride him English he shoves his nose out and back in repeatedly to try to get more rein length. He about pulls me out of the saddle!
My mare likes English because she was pinning her ears when she saw the western saddle and kept them that way during our ride, but I think I have her cured of that now-lots of cookies haha!!!
I want them to be versatile, more an all-around type. We've been having great rides lately even though I couldn't ride all winter....what torture!! I haven't been on HC as much either, but I too will be making a better effort, so I hope to hear more from you!
It's almost 1AM and I'll be greeting the morning at 6:30 although not bright-eyed and bushy-tailed haha!! I'll talk at ya later, bye!
