Well I graduate in a month and I'm officaly working toward adopting Nilla!! I plan on taking her to college with me and continuing her training and competing. I plan on becoming an equine genetics specialist after college and I'm Double Majoring in Biology and Animal Science, possibly double Minoring in Equine Studies and Business. I'm hoping to own a ranch one day with a lab and full breeding facilities as well as being a genetic cousnelor for other breeding ranchs. My line of work will help to reduce the number of horses cast off because their not what their owners wanted from a breeding. My ranch will also double as a ranch to keep abused and unwanted horses and to help them find new homes. And Nilla will be my first horse towards this goal. I probably won't breed her but simply keep her as a part of the family. although Haflinger foals are the cutest little things in the whole wide world!
