Voted for you, Whiskey!! A hug for you, Sherry!!

☆ Just got in about 15 mins ago from working with Sweet Pea. First, I did some Backing and Desensitizing. Then, I helped Kayla do some Desensitizing with Acorn. He's really spooky about anything around his head.
Then Kayla and Heidi both rode Sweet Pea around the meadow a little. Then, she wasn't doing so good for the girls, so I hopped on her.
I rode her for about 20 mins. She kept trotting too fast, and I just kept doing One-Rein Stops until she starting thinking 'slow down'.

We cantered a little bit. She was doing excellent 'rollbacks'! Not sure if that's exactly what she was doing, but we would canter about 5 feet from the fence (parallel) and then I would slide my hand down the outside rein, sit deep back in the saddle and turn her toward the fence. She would sit down on her haunches almost, tuck her nose it and spin around and canter off in the other direction. One time I hardly put ANY pressure on the rein and she still spun around wonderfully! I was SOO happy with her!! ♥

Tomorrow I'll be at my grandma's house all day with my aunt and her family from WI. Its going to be fun! Then Thursday, I have a riding lesson @ 10, riding with Riley @ 4, then another lesson @ 7. I will have to work with SP b4 my 7 o'clock lesson. Lilly's coming at 10, and she can handle SP if she acts a little dumb.

Alright, I have some things to do b4 I hit the sack, so good night all!!
Love you!!!!
