sorry to hear you got bucked off. as a hard working adult with so many mouths to feed, we tend to think twice about getting back on and risking an injury. I have, so far, always made the decision that the risk is worth it. I also have a "plan B" for if I get injured. to me, this most important thing is..."shake it off" if you're going to continue to ride. try to take deep breaths and relax your muscles so your horse doesn't sense your tension and fear. begin with a clean slate and remember what you need to do to stay balanced through a buck...keep straight, lift your ribs and look up, push those feet down under your seat bones and yank the horse's head up! :)
