Howdy Ya'll.
Today I went on a 2 hour trail ride with my friend and her parents at stable about an hour away. My horse was a pain in the butt! She needed some serious work. She wasn't "bad", a great trail horse actually, she just was defiantly a horse for someone who has never ridden before. Since everyone in our group was experienced riders out trail guide kinda let us spread out when the trail was wide enough. Well my horse stayed right on the lead horse's butt and wouldn't go anywhere else. BORING!!!! I'm used to a spunky 7 year old gelding who spooks just for fun. But all in all it was a good 2 + hours with some great friends. On the way home I swung by my stable to say hi to Major. The stable owner and his daughter were getting ready to head out for a trail ride and invited me. I didn't have a lot of time because I still needed to go home and let the dog out. But I couldn't say no so I just decided to use my bareback pad instead of messing with the saddle. It was a great ride. My legs are feeling very rubbery but it was an incredible day :)
Ta Ta for now,
Happy Trails!
