Thats good to know. I figured I shouldn't go into eventing until I could to the mini cross country course around the rim of our ranches property...but the terrain is pretty rough. I mean, when Jetty gets too excited I have touble stopping (my fault, I'm not firm enough with my upper body) and there's rocks and brush on each side, it's very hard to manuver. And the ground is never level. I think I'd feel better if I was atleast able to turn some circles if I was having some trouble.
