its pretty much like a race! u go out to the trails and u take all ur stuff, for instance sleeping bags,food hay water stuff like that! then there are like checkpoints u go to and sleep. u r in the woods for at least a week, well thats the longest i've done it!its real rough causethese trails all are so grown up like u have to take knives and stuff to cut through breyers and jump over like 5 logs in a row, they do not clean them out at all!
