OMG Dreamer's been acting really wierd!!! When I try and walk her, she throws her head up and won't move! She almost bit me... and every time I go in the pen, she walks away. It's wierd cuz she normally comes running and acts happy to see me- she'll let me hug her and kiss her on the nose, but she's doing the complete opposite now!!! And she's doing it to everyone else, too, and it's really embarassing!!! She just started doing this two days ago. But, the original owner is for sure (!!!) flying in tomorrow to "retrain" her. She's using the method of "horse logic" to train, which I think is cool, I just don't get all that much what it means!!! I'm all for understanding your horse and praising them, but you're supposed to "punish" her by "isolation" when she acts mean. That's great and all, but she's kinda sorta isolating me!!! ; ) I don't know what I'm gonna do with that girl!!! I love her to death, but I don't want her to hurt me or someone else... like yesterday, she came about this close to biting my 20-year-old stepsister while she was petting her, and it made me so mad!!! I was feeding her half a scoop of Stragety feed a day, but I cut that and I'm just giving her hay (she's in a pasture and there's 3 round bales that we grew and cut). Maybe she's coming back into heat (???) idk. But I'll be sure to tell you how she does in her retraining!!! I have a gorgeous black and pink saddle that I'll hopefully get to use now!!!
