I haven't been writing. I've been gone for the week and the internet access was abysmal. It was so slow and didn't work most of the time so I just got my points and went to the hotd. But it was a great week. I had a lot of fun at the beach. Unfortunately, I couldn't take Pippin and I missed him but last night when I got back I went to see him immediately and he was so happy to see me that he actually left his food to come over and say hello. Believe me, that takes a lot of sacrifice for him. I'm glad that I wasn't gone any longer though, because I discovered that the people taking care of him ran out of alfalfa pellets and were feeding him his selenium supplement as food instead! In case you don't know, selenium is a poison in high doses so it could have harmed him. Fortunately, he seems to be fine so I'm thankful for that. This morning I rode Prince and he was pretty good except that he's decided that bolting might be a good idea. He got away from the first time because he took me completely by surprise and he was bucking and slipping on the ice the whole time. But the next time I managed to stop him by pulling hard on one of the reins. (Something I had just read in HI.) Anyway it was fun. Well, how's Ace been doing? Any adventures to report? Well, here's a vote for you and thanks so much for Eddie's votes. He's doing really well. I've been cutting and pasting my blogs today because I want to tell everyone the same thing anyway and now that I'm a week behind I really need to catch up. So I hope you don't mind.
