Well, I'm not sure if most Percherons are black. I've actually seen more white ones. But they're like the Lippizaners and they're all born black and then they turn white. I suppose maybe a lot of them just don't turn white and they stay black. Well, how's Stahar doing? I got to finally ride Eddie with the saddle on Tuesday. My sister rode him last week. It's really nice and much easier than the bareback pad. And he doesn't seem to mind it. My sister was riding Prince this time and he tried to bolt. Well, that scared Eddie who's security is Prince so he bolted instead. I just let him go though because I knew he wouldn't go far. It was really fun and I was glad that I had the saddle. I gave Pippin his shots last week and he didn't like that in the least. I didn't do it last year because he was so much trouble. So I thought that maybe this year he would forget about it but no, he knew exactly what I was going to do. Boy, he sure knows how to become a bucking bronco. Fortunately the shots worked though. I just got a little kicked. And tonight, for the first time ever, when I was moving him from his large pen to his smaller night pen he took one bite of his pellets and then charged through the open gate and headed to the garden. I think he just wanted to have fun and try to bug me. Well, here's a vote for you. ttyl
