Thanks! Ya, I'm hoping they do ok. I just got done with an hour long bareback ride on Butterscotch. She knows I can't balance bareback at a trot, so everytime we get near the green patch in the field, my grandparent's house, my house, or the gate to her pen, she takes off. I fell off once in the field and landed on my feet, but was able to get back on... the second time I fell off I landed on my rear and rolled. Then she took off at a canter towards the pen! It was quite a sight to see: I was covered in dirt, rolling after her with my arms in the air! Lol! I was laughing both times, though I was mad- I really need to buy another saddle for Butterscotch and another bridle for Dreamer. She is so bad about taking off, though- I try to give the horses I ride some slack in the reins, but with her I'm constantly having to hold her back and tell her "WALK!" I get so irritated! Any advice? (Left a vote!)
