Not your momma's idea of trail riding....
Baby is purely a trail horse yes. But we don't simply amble along wide easy paths enjoying scenery.

Baby is a pro at sitting on her tail and sliding down 45-50 degree angle hills slides. We travel some of the most beautiful and challenging trails you could imagine. No no cliffs or mountains but plenty of big hills and narrow winding ups and downs.

Occasionally we take part in the farm's fun shows and sometimes we lead out some groups on 5 hour long trail rides. For us a typical ride is about 2-3 hours long and we ride several days a week year round. There is not much we have not tried from riding in downpours and thunderstorms to riding in near white out conditions in the winter and very cold temps.

Baby rarely puts a foot wrong. She is truly a partner and friend out there.

I certainly do not ascribe to her the term....Just... a trail horse.;)

It's a hot steamy day here in Western PA. Might be we will have our forst night ride of the yea5r.
