well............ MY Grandpa was in the Chicago black horsemen squadran. # 106. i'm pretty sure it was at one time part of the military. i'd have to double check tho. I have his horses shoe =P They went to parades and stuff, he also did alot of trick riding. I never saw him do anyhting bec. by the time i was born my grandpa was already an octegenarian. and he passed away when i was in 2nd grade. but he was the only grandpa of mine that i actually met. and i never met either of my grandmothers. so to answer your question no i didnt get to ride with him. i guess after he got out of the service he never wnet riding wiht his kids, my dad doesnt really know why. but he was born in 1909. so he went through alot of things. Glad Taj is doing good i bet he will be a great trail horse! lil boy growing like a weed! my lesson was good. I rode rodney hes good when your riding, but i must say he ahs apsolutley HORRIBLE ground manners. he got better towards the end of my grooming session. he tried to bite me, and then almost kicked my friend but by the end he stopped all fo that. well i better go finish homework! heres todays vote i dont have time to visit everyone today :(( ttyl
