No, Maia was not 3 feet taller than Pippin. She was more than 3 feet tall and therefore she was taller than Pippin who is only 2 1/2 feet tall. So, how has everything been with Honey? Are you getting much chance to ride? I rode Prince last Monday and we put the jumps up to two feet again. He did so well and went right over them. We're both a little better at it now. I'm getting the hang of it again after not doing it for so long. I just love jumping. It's like flying. I'm going to have to look into getting a smaller girth for Eddie's saddle so that I can use it for jumping on Prince. The Western saddle doesn't work very well. I took Pippin out for a drive on Sunday evening. After three days of rain his coat was all fluffy and clean. I love his winter coat. He's so huggable this time of year. Not that he particularly appreciates being hugged but that's what he gets for being so small and cute. Anyway, he did a wonderful job as usual and he's getting better at backing up. I took him out for a run with the cart yesterday evening. I was pretty cold but he wasn't. We were gone for an hour and a half and he trotted or cantered the whole way. Pretty good for a little mini. It was really windy and cold so I think he was pretty riled up by it. That just makes it more fun. He decided to spook at a few windy things but not too bad. Anyway, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and then I took him for a bike ride this afternoon and he really ran and worked up a sweat.
