well its good to here she is doing better! but u no a blanket still might not be a bad idea bc she may look like she is doing fine but in reality she might not be. and the coldest times are at night and noone is out there watching her all night so she might be cold at night and useing up all that energy then too. we blanket some of our horses just at night and then in the moring unblanket them. its not good to keep the blankets on all the time though bc then they wont keep up there wooly coat. but i would watch her closly at night and see how she is really doing in the cold and then decide on wheather or not to get a blanket for her or not. but if she is fine with out a blanket it is best not to use one. and senior feed is one of the best feeds to have a horse on too! it has all the roughages and nutriants in it horses need so that will deffinatly help her out! well i hope she gains her weight back and she keeps feelign better! keep me up dated! yall be carful when yall ride in that snow! ill ttul!
