The month is almost over, I sure hope Zorro is going to get HOTM!!! The baby is doing great, I put some new pics up that I took this weekend! He is a sweetheart! He loves people and is really gentle with little kids, he is good with my brothers 1st grade and 4th grade and my little cousin (4 yrs old), came over this weekend too, and saw him! I cannot believe he is only 1 week old(today!!!), it seems like I have had him for MUCH longer. He is really growing on me, and my parents like him too! A couple of people had asked-it is a palomino boy, I have not come up with a barn name yet, and I do not know if I will keep him, I might just do the training on him and let the breeder sell him. QUICK TIP:When training a horse to ride, it is really beneficial to ground drive them before you start to ride, then that way once you do get on his/her back, he/she already understands rein cues. -Amber |
