Thanks for responding. I'm sorry to hear about your fall off of Firefly on the seventh. It's good that you seem to be able to deal with that Arabian temper. It makes me so... argghh! Ginger is not even halter trained right now. She is eight years old and we've had her since she was a yearling. We sent her to a trainer once, but he really messed her up. He never dealt with her horrible head-shy-ness. He just shoved a bit in her mouth and went. But - YAY! - I recently was able to slip a halter over her head. I can now approach her (most of the time) and touch her shoulder without her thinking a thing of it. We're getting a breakaway halter that fits her properly, so we can leave it on her in the field. Now, I just have to get her used to leading. What an adventure that'll be! Yep, she's got the Arabian temper. Casper, on the other hand, not so much. He's pretty laid back. However, he does have a pretty bad problem with barn sour-ness. Eee gads! He whirls around in the field when he doesn't want to go anywhere. Well, thanks for responding. Oh, and by the way, I checked out Toadstool Farm. Tuck is adorable. If you're still thinking about breeding her, I say go for it. FireTuck is the most adorable name ever! Has she been bred to Tuck before? Anyway, sorry so long, and thanks for replying back! --leaving a vote!
