hi thanks for the info! peekaboo actually foundered in june and was rideable after about 3 weeks, too. just from getting her hooves trimmed and putting the pads on. she hasn't had any soreness or needed any bute. from all the info i can find on the internet (be vets) there's really no science that shows anything helps other than time and rest. no oral supplements or meds. just the anti inflammatory meds to help pain. then wait for healing and growth within the hoof.
