Hello there!
Congratulations we are so proud of you for wining at the show - I'm sure Elaine was really really proud as well! Fox hunting that sounds really exciting - we've never been on a hunt before! Well I'm so glad to be able to tell you that little didn't need an operaton as his back hind legs ended up not being the problem however he as osteo arthritis in his front shoulders and has to go for a course of six weekly injections and thereafter two weekly, thereafter monthly (I think its similare to legend injections that you would give a horse). He has to go for another on Wednesday - other than that the little mand is doing really well. Our lessons went well except for the fact that Starry has been acting really cheeky and naughty (not being fresh), in fact he bucked me out of a rising trot this morning (spooked a few times which I sat but must admit I didn't see that buck coming at all!) - my instructor got on him and rode him beautifully - disciplined him but without a whip or even small spurs she has legs that goes on for miles - and she sorted him out lets hold thumbs that its just a very short phase he's going through and will come round quickly! Send our love to Shoo, Samara, Cherokee and Bear! Chris & Starry
