i had so much fun today!! i rode buttercup whle teaching a walk, trot, canter lesson. we divided into two teams and did relay races. had 2 cones at one end of the arena. each team member took turns. trot down the arena to the cone, circle it and canter back. everyone did well. then, this afternoon, i took my shetland, godiva, out for a cart ride across the road. drove her around this track that surrounds a retention pond (for flood water when it rains). she broke into a gallop and it was sooo much fun!
