Aww.. He's a cutie. A lot of people start saddle training at two and as long as you keep it to a walk in an arena or round pen for less than 15min everyday or so he should be fine. Just make sure he has solid ground training. You definitely want to have him gelded at two though before he starts acting like a stud trust me I have two studs. If you don't you'll have to separate him from your other horses or he might breed his mother etc. Plus he'll start acting like a butt. Being jealous isn't necessarily a stud thing but if he acts like that he may be starting to think like one and it will only get worse. His color would be classified as a Bay/white Tobiano and when you measure him for height go from the highest point on his wither and divide the inches by four that should give you how many hands he is.
