Goldie is very smart, probably one of the most intelligent horses I know. She catches on to things very quickly and gets bored if we don't do something new in our training session every few days. It's really funny because my sister and I will be talking and if one asks the other a question, Goldie will nod or shake her head! And she only does it if it is a yes or no question! I have never taught her toshake or nod her head, she just does it. I don't think we'll ever know how smart horses really are.

Here's a vote for you today. We were going to ride this afternoon, but then it decided to rain and ruin our plans
: ( At least we got a good ride in yesterday, did some arena work in the paddock and then rode around the property and on the trails. It was fun-but, when is riding ever not fun?
