Hello Wish, and welcome to the HC
Thanks for you complement on my appaloosa mare "Blue". She is always looking for new friend. This is a great place to make new friend, and get the answers to you horse questions and issues.
I would like to address the one about kicking and biting. As a mare, she is trying to establish dominance in the group. She needs to know when you are on board, that you are the boss, not her. When she throws a kick or a tries to bite another horse while you are riding her, pull her into a tight circle and make her walk in that circle until you feel her release her tightness and drop her head. She will learn that it is easier to behave.
Congradulations on HOTD. Kathi and the gang.
