No it didn't just start I bought him after it happened!!! I knew his leg was like that. Is your horse's leg swollen on the cannon bone??? or is it higher or lower?? Cause if it's on the cannon bone, then it might be a bowed tendon!!! I would have 2 look @ it though. A bowed tendon is on the skinny part(back part of thier front leg)& it bows out like a bow & arrow!! W/out the arrow!!! & no it doesn't hurt him when I ride him, he wears leg wraps on his front legs 2 support his leg!!!
