How We Met

My dad and I had went to an auction one day to buy/sell saddles. We had taken the trailer with us just in case we did find a horse that we liked because all of the other times we went we found some nice horses, but didn't have a trailer with us. So, we figured that we would take it this time. Of course I really wanted to go see the horses for fun. While we were looking we got a little more serious asking questions about the horses and everything. My dad saw Magnum in the back of a stall behind another horse all tacked up. The owner was in there so he started to talk to him while I looked at other horses. I finally came back over to where they were and joined in on the conversation. I hadn't seen Magnum back there before and my dad asked me if I liked him. I went over to Magnum and let him sniff me. He was immediately giving me kisses on the cheeks and being a real big sweetheart. I really liked him so I rode him a little. I wanted him to be my barrel horse prospect. And he was perfect for it. We had bought him at the auction for $2800.00 and I was really excited that I had him. He was greenbroke and he is doing awesome with all of his training. I love him so much!.
