How We Met

StarBuck belonged to a friend of mine and every time I came to stay with her, we'd go riding and I got to ride him every time because for some reason he liked me best. Five years ago I went to stay with her again and when I saw him I was heartbroken. He was so thin I thought that if I touched him he'd fall over. The only thing he had to eat was dog food. My friend told me she would sell him to me for $100 and her mom agreed and said she give us the Welsh Cardigan she had as well so long as we took them both at the same time. So we took them home and got them back to the right weight..
