Sorry I haven't been on in a while!!! :( On Friday I went fishing all day. I mean all day!!!! From 4:00 in the morning to 9:00 at night. We caught 2 swordfish. Then on saturday we did the same and went fishing from 4:00 to 9:00 but we didn't catch anything. :( Sunday I went to the barn all day and hung out with Big Grey. On Monday I went back to the barn and helped out with summer camp. I rode a little pony named Romeo. He was being really bad. Nobody has really rode him in a month. He always just does pony ring where he walks around in cirles and never really has to work. On the trail instead of wanting to walk foward he would either walk sideways or backwards. I had to use a lot of leg on him and really push him foward. Then when it was time to dismount he wouldn't let me get off of him. When I was half way out of the saddle he would walk around in a circle and head for the gate to go out to the trails. I think that he just might have had fun yesterday. I'm going to make him my new project!!! :)Anyway, here's a vote :)

Hi again! i'm sorry for yet another generic blog, but I've had a LONG DAY! As many of you know I finally got to go see stormy today! It was tons of fun, I was at the barn from 10am till almost 9 pm. LOL so I don't have muck time, its almost midnight here and my head is sort of pounding... But anyways, to get to the point. I Brushed stormy when I got there, (horse was in turnout, so had to wait) then I turned him out. I got tons of pics and video so I will upload those as I have time. He was being a little show off according to my friend! he was running galloping, trotting, everything picking his feet up high, nostrils flared, tail up, just enjoying being a horse! :) It was really cute! :D LOL HE ofcourse rolled about 6 times! Dirty little pony! Gotta love them though! Then we went on a nice long trail ride. It was very pretty and sunny out, so it was very enjoyable! I'm also really happy! I think I finally have an english saddle to borrow that fits him! (and it fits better than his western) SO i'm really excited! going to try it out tommorow! After our trail ride we gave both horses baths. THE PONY IS WHITE AGAIN! *gasp* He was a rather interesting brown tint from being so dirty! theres some parts that are kinda yellow still, but I got it out as best as I could. I also decided to braid his mane! Which eventually ended of with Pretty purple ribbon woven in. It looked really adorable. Stormy is a little Barbie pony! haha! I'll try to post a pic, you can't really tell in the picture though, (bad lighting)Anyways I'll stop rambling and get to sending blogs because I bet your all wondering if I'm still alive! I'll try to add pictures ASAP I got quite a few!Plus I'm really sore from that trail ride, we took a pretty long trail and I went bareback....... It was Fun, but boy am I sore. Thank you so much for your congratulations for Eddie. I was quite surprised to see that he won. And then later on last night, my brain being on hold, I suddenly thought, "Oh no, I forgot to congratulate the hotd." So I went to my account and saw that it was Eddie. Well, duh, I knew that already. I guess it had been a long day.
I rode Prince this evening but we only got to ride for half an hour because we had major thunderstorms with lots of lightning striking in the nearby fields. It didn't seem to bother him though. Last week I had him at a really collected trot and suddenly he fell to his knees. I stayed on but it took Prince a few tries before he was able to get all the way back up. I don't know if I unbalanced him or perhaps it's because the ground is uneven. We don't have an arena. His owner says he's fine but he seemed to be tripping more this evening too. I don't know.
Pippin ran over to the neighbours again yesterday. He is best friends with a big gelding over there. He was mock fighting through the fence. He's so small but he stood up on his hind legs several times and knocked the other horse in the face. And they were biting each other too and loving it. Neither was too rough. I wish I could take him home. Pippin would love an equine companion. But then maybe he wouldn't like me as much. Hmmm.
Well, thanks again for the congratulations for Eddie's win for a day in the spotlight. I really appreciate it. Here's a vote for you.
