Looks like it's gonna be a fine day here. I fixed another safe place to tie her out, but the ground is too soggy. I own Ace and Traveller. I love Breeze! He has such beautiful coloring and he looks really majestic in the first pic below. I used 2 know and ride a QH gelding named Breezy. I learned 2 ride on him, he was such a sweet old guy. I miss him, actually, I odn't know if he is even still alive. Hey. I really tired today. I was at the barn. It looks like hopefully Lacey can start making a slow recovery. Nothing is set in stone. This morning she had diearhea, then like an hour later she just fell over in her stall. They got her up and took her outside to try to graze her and in case she died right there the campers won't see it. Then the vet rushed over and gave her more liquids through the IV. Then he stuck a long tube through her nostril and stomach fluids and toxins came out. I had to hold her durning all of this. The vet said that she is may start to recover in the next few days. Thanks for the vote. Grey and I appericate it!!! :) Today I walked out and opened up the gates so then the horses can run out. I got some cute pictures and a cool video. Then I went out to the pastures and took some pictures and bleached the throughs. Grey came right up to me and followed me around until I left. Meanwhile there is hay all over that he could be eating. I hope to post the new photos soon. Here's a vote for you...

Hey!!!! :) Sorry I really haven't been blogging in a while. I sometimes accidently skip one or two people when I go down the list and reply to blogs. I love the pictures!!! I'm going to probly load up some new pictures soon. It's been raining alot here. The rain is depressing but it has benefitted me too. I got to ride Big Grey today!!! It has been a while!!! The last time I rode him was winter!!! It felt good to get back in that huge saddle with the oversized stirrups. I hate the rain though because Grey's favorite food ever is called reserection fern. Reserection fern grows on trees and looks like moss. It looks like its dead but it turns green when water hits it. This stuff is growing on every tree!!! I did not have a muzzle on Grey and I regret it I should know that when it rains USE A MUZZLE!!! For that reason. I could not get him moving!!! From tree to tree all he wanted to do is eat this fern!!! Then when we were in the field he picked up a plant with dirt, roots and all. He started swinging it around and circling and moving it back and forth. He got dirt all over his face and then turned to me and dropped it on my jeans. He was trying to share with me. It rained alot today and I got soaking wet like 4 times. Our tack room stinks!!! From wet saddles and sweaty pads/girths. I sliped and fell in the tack room in front of everyone that works there and Grey's big saddle hit my head. I think its bruised inside. Then I give Grey a really nice bath and make him smell like flowers. He rolled in his stall and got shavings all over himself. I guess he was itchy and wanted to get them off and was trying to pick them off of himself so I pulled him back out of his stall and hosed him off again. It took forever. I fed him and gave him some Nerds(his favorite candy)and carrots. We had fun today. Tommorrow is camp so we tryed to shove all of our girths and saddle pads in the washer and it stalled out so then we had to take half of them out and they were all soapy. Grey was very tired today at the end of the day he was yawning like crazy!!! I wore him out!!! I hope that they don't work him too hard tommorrow. He deserves a break since he worked everyday last week.
