My Horse's Achievements: In her first dressage show, my first dressage show, and our first show together we got second place and a 64%
My Horse's Favorite Treat: Home made salads. They vary from soaked alfalfa pellets and rice bran mashes to clover, carrots, apples, and horse treats.
My Horse's Favorite Things To Do: She loves to eat, stand in the sun, and roll, not necessarily in that order. Once she rolled all the way over up a hill.
Pet Peeves: She hates her having her girth tightened.

How We Met
I LOVE SHALLY! Okay, so my birthday was Tuesday, April 14, and I've been riding this horse named Shally since last summer and I LOVE HER TO DEATH!!!! So for my birthday, all I wanted was some dress style tall boots. I kept telling my mom that I wanted tall boots for my birthday and so she knew. But on my birthday my mom took me into the barn blindfolded and when she took the blindfold off a bunch of people yelled "Suprise!". There was a party set up by Shally's stall and Shally was wearing a flower leigh around her neck and two wrist ones on her front ankles. Her stall was decorated with blue paper and some ribbon that said my name in cursive. It also had banners that said "Congratulation- s" on them. I was smiling from ear-to-ear at everybody, I was so happy everyone I cared about was there. Then my mom said
"I know that all you wanted for your birthday was a pair of tall boots, but they didn't make it to the house on time, so we bought you Shally instead."
At that I almost fainted. I felt like I was dreaming. I went into Shally's stall and hugged her. For the next twenty minutes I was shaking with excitement. I LOVE YOU SHALLY!!!!!!!!!- !!!.

I don't know how hard this is for you. I might have an idea. She's all better now. I've cried so many times yesterday and today. Because I'm sad she's gone and it's so hard to see you so sad. It has gotten easier because we don't hear her suffering. I really want to see you and cry with you. I love you em! Call me I'll talk to you!

I'm glad you're feeling better.
Hi Shally,
I know you love it in heaven.
you are doing so much better now. We cleaned everything up, so you don't have to worry about your mommy doing too much.
We are all upset that you are gone, but we are glad you aren't suffering anymore. You are buried in a very nice place, and the man took very good care of you. I will do my best to make Emma happy again. We love her and don't like seeing her upsset. We all love you too.
