By the way.....
I was reading some blogs that I made like last month and one said the buck was probobly 250 lbs. -3000 lbs. I had to laugh a little : ) I meant 250-300 lbs.

Hey, speaking not talking in a while...we almost hit another buck!The headlights shined on him, we swurved, then he ran back to the field. Luckily he was in a field instead of woods...if he was coming out of the woods it would have been a hit AND it would have been just like when we hit the other buck a couple months ago....

Yes, the tail bags get icky on my horses, but I figure that is better than their tails getting icky!!! Yes, I show, but I do not own any take tails :)...so that is why I bag them. We show in Hunt Seat, Western Pleasure and showmanship type classes. Ususally one local show a year, we will run some games too. Zorro is not yet in training for games. When I train allaround horses I start with the pleasure events and once they are steady with that I will introduce running to them. It seems to help them stay 'mentally sound', plus then they already know all their lateral work, flying lead changes ect, before they run a pattern.

Sorry I have not got back to you in a few days, I have been working on redesigning my Website on blogspot. So I have been looking for new templates and then editing them...ect. Hopefully I will get it done this week. I have also been trying to add a bunch of new blog posts. I write on training horses, making/sewing things for horses and other horse related things that may benefit the public. My goal is to make an educational site for horse lovers that people enjoy reading and for those who do not have time to check out the site all the time, I have a free e-mail newsletter.

Yeah, it is really neat to find other people on HC from MN!!! So where is foley? It sounds familiar...
Yes I do love Zorro to death!!! He is my darling...of course I also love my other horses, but I am mainly showing zorro right now, so I figured it was appropriate to put him on HC, because it is too much to have all of my horses on here :). Just too confusing.
It looks like you are doing a great job with Jazmin! My Jazz is a Paint mare, she is 2 and I am not riding her yet. I am riding my other 2 year old (GJ Lady Kai)...but I have had Kai since she was 6 months, and I just got Jazz and I have been busy with classes and now cold!!! At least for us the last couple days have been warmer and no snow, lol!!! I am in the mid west MN area.
I have Zorro's tail bag in, but I still need to get the rest of the horses' tail bags in because their tails have been getting gross, muddy and they have been breaking.

TODAY'S UPDATE ON JAZMIN!
Just got home from school, and was able to get outside and longe Jaz for the first time in 4 weeks! :) Felt good to work with her for just a while! Have tomorrow and Friday off of school, so who know's- maybe a trail ride? :)
