Hey everyone! Leaving a vote from Maybel today! Thanks to MWS Zippin By Indy for Maybel's 6400th vote! She is now less than 100 away from her goal! I had a great ride on Maybel yesterday. She did really good. But was lazy again. I think i have figured out that it is the nice new grass she wants to eat so she is being lazy and tries to reach to eat it. Being lazy is so unlike Maybel though! I never ever have to ask her twice to move faster! But i did yesterday! I also got some new pics of me and Maybel! It was a nice day so i thought i'd have mom take pictures. There are a few of me trotting and trying to post! lol! I will put them on Maybel's page hopefully later tonight. How is everyone? Hey everyone! Leaving another vote from Maybel today! Sorry this is going to be a c/p. I don't know how much i will be on HC this weekend. We don't have school tomorrow and with dial-up i don't know how much time i will have to blog and vote. But i will try. Please keep voting for Mayb! She is at 6299 votes right now! So we're getting closeer to 6500. I have some interesting info i just found out about Maybel. Kinda random but whatever. Anyway, her dad, High Focus, i found out was the PtHA National Champion a while ago. I think that was kinda cool. I will put some pictures up of him tonight if anyone wants to see him. Lately they've been putting me on the more difficult horses and ponies. Most of them have attitudes and have been either kicking out at people, or that hate the ring. So, I haven't rode Grey in like 2 months. Last weekend i rode Romeo on a trail then I took him in the ring because he hates the ring and is horrible in it!!! It was a huge challenge just getting him through the gate. He was a little beast!!! I don't think that will be able to ride Grey tomorrow either because of Valentine's day. We usually have a ton of people come out for trail rides. I think last year he went on 4!!! We were booked solid last year!!! Big Grey has been good though lately. He's starting to loose his winter coat so it takes a good hour and a half to througly groom him. By the time you're done the floor of the stall is covred in white hair!! LOL :D Can't wait to see him tommorrow!!! I love how he follows me around!! I walked out to the pastures the other day to look for a ring that someoneloat while throwing hay off the back of the truck. He saw me and came over and was following me around until I left. He is so adorable!!! :D Everyone else was so jelous that their horse wasn't following them around.

Here is a Friday vote from Australia. We had a quiet day today. Only one lesson and then I rode Tulley for a while. A bit breezy and humid. We had 25mm of delightful rain last night. Sooo all the tanks are full and the paddocks are watered. It is a big day, here in Tassie tomorrow. We have the Mountain Cattleman's Annual get together, on a big property, up in the highlands. A day of all sorts of horse events and fun for all.

We didn't get to walk yesterday because the men came to cut the large tree down and it took all evening. They got the tree down and hauled off the top part. They are coming back with some equipment to load the bottom half cause it is tooo big. They are going to make something with the wood so they couldn't cut it down. This was an excellent experience for Fancy because she was afraid at first. About 20 minutes into the sawing she calmed down and didn't even pay them any attention. I was so proud of her. Everything is a learning experience for our horses, which can be good or bad.
On this grand Monday morning we leave a vote for you in honor of Fancy's last day as QUEEN Of NOVEMBER.
