How We Met

My mom had been looking into rescuing abused and neglected horses but never had the chance. But 4 years ago my mom sold her horse and left us with an empty stall in our barn. So my mom jumped on the chance to rescue a horse. We went to a rescue mission and the first horse they showed us was Daisy. She was the worst case they had, so of course my mother being the crazy horse lady she is had to get her! She was only two and had been through so much. But my mom devoted all her time to training Daisy. And when i wasnt to busy with school and riding my horse i would help her with Daisy. Now after 4 years with us, shes still kind of jumpy occasionally. But she is an absolute sweetheart!! I love this horse to death!! I actually have a little girl who comes over to our house twice a week and takes lessons on her. All she does now is walk and trot, but Daisy is a great lesson horse!!
Oh and the reason theres a pic where it looks like shes smaller. She is. Lol that pic was taken when she was 3 years old. So obviously shes grown alot since then! haha. And another thing. All they told us about her breeding was that she was a clydesdale. But of course she doesnt look like a full blood. So i would say Clyd/tb?? something around that area. Shes my big girl :).
