How We Met

I first saw Biggs on a website called "equine.com" it was back in july of 08 and I had been lost with out an equine friend for quite sometime (sold my very first horse in january) the first thing the drew me into biggs was his eyes I new I had to meet this horse so I quickly ran off to my mom got her and brought her to my computer and showed her she laughed and said 'Sophie we cant afford another horse" I was killed this horse was special I didnt give up hope though i prayed and prayed hopeing that me and this horse would met then one day after leasing sam and in the middle of leasing heidi me and my mom were pulled to aside and was told my old trainer was leaving (this affected me very much due to heidi was my old trainers pony) RIGHT there was my moment my mom new we had to look for another horse or pony to lease right then and there I new it was going to be biggs so I got the number and my mom called biggs owner she was SO sweet and we set up a met just around christmas! I was so excited that day when we pulled into the horse shadow run driveway when i caught sight of the ring there were about 2 other horses in the ring but of course I new which one biggs was when mom stopped the car I leaped out and tried not to run to the ring side (even though my heart was screaming RUN RUN YOUR DREAM HORSE IS RIGHT THERE!!) finally I got to the ring side and biggs and his owner trotted up to me (I was told from this very wise horse lady when first meeting a horse never look them in the eye) I remember that tip and dint look biggs in the eye (even though they were sooo pretty) I rubbed his forelock and while we were talking to the owner biggs took his biggs head and layed it right on my chest and fell asleep it was so cute! FINALLY I got to hop on him and I will never for that 1st ride it was wonderful and I NEW biggs was the perfect horse for me so me and my mom and biggs owner set up a lease deal and we were together for 9 months when a lease deal with a 55 thousand dollar warmblood came I stopped leasing biggs and after 2 months I new I had to go back fortunately I was blessed and got back together with biggs I wanted to leave the "made" warmblood for a 13 year old ottb that barely new his changes our bond is stronger than ever and I hope to buy him soon! :D.
