I am from Nowhere, MO and I've been a Club Horse member for 3 years, 9 months and 7 days
Nicknames: Shug, Sugar, Sugumsbugums, and Sugar-booger. Sugarfoot isn't registered. She is a TBXQH cross I didn't want to list her as an 'other'. Anywho, she can't be registered because we don't know her lineage very far back. I don't care she's my baby and is gonna make a fine reining horse someday.
Age: 4 years old
Breed: Quarter Horse
Height: ohhh lets say around 9 or 10hh.
Color: She's a palomino with four white stockings (well, more like 2 socks and 2 stockings).
Type of Riding: What kind of riding am I going to do-probably all-around western. Parades, trail rides, maybe I'll teach her to pull, rodeos, swimming, drill team (possibly), and of course REINING! I love reining and Sugarfoot already knows most of the moves (I've seen her do flying lead changes and run circles in the pasture!). She's got the hindquarters to make some really got sliding stops.
My Horse's Achievements: Sugarfoot has a overall excellent disposition and I may show her in-hand when I think she's ready. So far she has learnt to lead, load, tie, and I want to give her a bath this week maybe. (:
My Horse's Favorite Treat: SUGAR!!! duh
My Horse's Favorite Things To Do: Shug likes to run around and play with her buddy (the only other foal resident of Sundance Ranch) Cherokee. And of course she loves spending time with her people.
Pet Peeves: She is sweet as well, sugar. But she doesn't like to be bossed around or do what she doesn't want to do, and I really have to be careful sometimes and remind her that I'M the leader sometimes (of course I don't beat her or anything harsh, if she nips at me I say "No!" and flip her nose, if she charges me I push her away). She's getting better about it though. When she was a couple days old she thought kicking anytime anyone touched her while she was walking was a fun game, and for a while I was worried that would become a habit but it didn't.
My Horse's motto: "never squat with yur spurs on"
