Have not talked to you in a while.
There is a new horse in the field I think she is weird.
She kinda keeps to herself so I dont talk to her.
The other horses are running her to show their domanance.
One day I will be Alfa.
Ramdom Thoughts...........
Oat 'n' Apple Chewies
Treat your horse or pony to these simple squares made of wholesome ingredients. Keep them fresh in the fridge. Remember not to feed too many of any treat too often.
INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ cups unsweetened applesauce
1 cup oat bran cereal or ground oatmeal
½ cup all purpose flour (approx.)
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 350F
Oil a 9inch x 9inch square cake pan
Spread the batter evenly in the cake pan and bake for 20-30 minutes. The batter will start to shrink away from the sides and it will be firm to the touch.
Slice into squares while still warm. Keep chewies in the refrigerator in an air-tight container or bag.

Merry Christmas! Hope your holidays are merry! I have a lot of fun wit hmy horses in the snow! want to know what i do? I put the horses in there smaller pasture then i go out in the big one and make tons of Snowmen! ( of course i got help though!) Then i decorate them with carrots, hay, apples, oats, and lots more treats. I always make sure the apples and carrots are in the snow men sticking out just a little! Then I let the horses out and they go play with the snowmen! They trample on then and run around getting they yummy treats! Try this with your horses and make there Holidays Extra YUMMY! :) MERRY CHRISTMAS! Nickers and votes to you from us! Our Halloween decorating contest is still one! Hurry to get your pictures in before Sunday night!
So, who is waiting for the winter season to come? Not me! Whats a season without riding? Though it gives me a Chance to make sure the barn is all cleaned up. Our hay loft could use some cleaning. Which reminds me, maybe another contest coming up? Maybe a long term contest?
