YOU'RE SOOO FREAKIN HAIRY!! you're quite the shedding monster! i could probably make seven sweaters out of all the hair that comes off of you :) .........and you're STILL hairy! shedding season never ends! all of your hair usually ends up on me after a good brushing, and then in the summer it's usually dust and mud that is transferred onto me after i groom you! i love you soooooo much but not your hair baby boy! i love you!

Big Thursday hi. My friend, Lisa, came over yesterday with her daughter and grandson. Her daughter, Katrina wanted to ride. I had no idea she was so inexperienced. I held Sadie while she stood on the bucket, then mounted without using the stirrup. I was so surprised that Sadie stood still as Katrina struggled to get on. She let Sadie go where she wanted. Most of you know Sadie well enough by now to know she didn't go far at all. She did walk under the tree several times almost scraping Katrina off the saddle. Sadie did Austin like that, too, but Austin doesn't allow it, anymore. She, then, parked her big behind next to the trampoline letting Katrina know to get off. Austin trained her to do that, too. I had to explain how to dismount, because she didn't know how. If Sadie wasn't such a good horse, things would've been so ugly. Katrina was afraid of her, and she knew it, but behaved herself. Then, little Anthony got a ride. He didn't like it. And then broke out in rashes. Poor kid's allergic to horses! Anyway, everyone survived, and I realized what a good girl Lady Sadie is. dear glenvar high school,
why must i have to get up 6:30 am every morning just to sit in the same plastic chairs, see the same boring teachers, and listen to the same boring lectures? :) but thankgoodness for friends!! i don't know how i would get through the day without them! although getting on club horse when i am supposed to be taking a test on the computer in science class is always fun too! little do our teachers know about all of the things students get away with during class!! from texting, playing games on labtops, GETTING IN CLUB HORSE :), sleeping, and even eating! ahhhhh, the adventures of school!!

SPROCKET AND FRIENDS UPDATE
Sprocket - Rode for an hour just walk trot though. He was very energetic despite the heat because someone had left jumps in the arena and he broke into a canter and tried to get close to them as soon as we passed 'em. Wait I did let him gallop around the arena full speed for about five minutes at the beginning of the ride since he wanted to run so bad so it wasn't actually just walk trot.
Fawn/Sizzler – gave 'em each a piece of carrot since I didn't have time to take them out.

Austin and I put the tarp up. It was too long, so I folded it in half length wise. I hope if Sadie doesn't tear it down, the dust storms and high winds won't, either. It's secured with nails and twine. I was careful not to make any holes in it. ........Anxious to find out who our April HOTM is. All 3 runners were great. Had a nice little ride on Sadie. today. Thinking about putting the tarp up on the west side of the shade. Afraid Sadie will tear it down. She's a busy body and loves to get into things that don't concern her. Teaching her the word NO. I have to use it on her alot..... Prayers, love and a vote. Hi to all. Sorry I haven't been on in a couple of days. Rick was finally dimissed from the hospital Friday. He's staying at his mom's for a few days. She's taking him to his Dr. appt. Monday. He needs to be on his knees everyday thanking God for saving him. There's no other reason he survived. Angels must've been riding in his trailor, because it survived with only a bent tongue and is still towable. Thanks for all the love and prayers.....I went to Austin's Student Of The Month breakfast Friday and then took him to see RANGO Friday afternoon....Continued prayers for all. Rick was in a horrible accident Tuesday morning that was nearly fatal. Only God saved him from a sure death. He's still in the hospital. He's suffering from a split eye lid, his nose was crushed and his chest is sore form the airbag. His shoulder and back are bruised. Minor injuries compared to what could've been. Vote 60 for Wipeout!
Thanks for the congrats on HOTD a few weeks back! Left a vote!
I haven't had a chance to get on here in so long, goodness gracious! I think it's been like two weeks. I visited Regal Friday and Saturday. I don't feed them every day, but I am out there usually a couple days a week so I do feed them then and let them out to graze a bit. They had their shots on Friday. Rio had a rabies, and Regal had EEE/WEE + Tetanus & Rabies as well. Rio's not mine so I was like well the rabies shots are 5 bucks I can afford that! Rio stood perfectly still but Regal shook his head on the first shot, and the second he tried to back away, but he didn't go super crazy. He is just doing better and better with his leg cues! Friday he wasn't really on the ball, but I hadn't been there in a week. I'll probably go tomorrow since it'll be 50 degrees with no wind. Maybe a trail ride! I've started with the mare magic stuff (raspberry leaves) for hormonal/mental health. I think that's what it was for! lol Hope it works for at least Rio! If not, then her problem is something else. Regal's not crazy enough, but he's been having a little in his grain too.
